Plus Admin: Success banner should have a green background to be consistent with other Sakai tools

Description

When adding a Sakai Plus tenant, the success banner (Tenant saved) has a lavender background. This should be green to be consistent with other Sakai tools.

This page used bootstrap markup for an alert, thinking it would be coordinated with Sakai’s colors. But there is already a class “sakai-banner-error” that handles all this.
