Tested on Sakai 23: https://qa23-mysql8.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal/site/ , build info: c5e26f4a
Note: After exporting a csv file, I changed the grade to a decimal number and saved the file with .xlsx extension. (Excel version: 2304) I received an error(Exception).

Imported grades to GradebookNG could fail if the excel file is not saved determining column types.
This could happen when using grades using decimals. An imported grade as “2.3” will be imported as “2.29999999999999” and the import will fail. This is happening because the cell is being interpreted as a string cell.
