Issue
In the instructor's view, the vertical and horizontal scrollbars in the Gradebook should be at a higher contrast. It is difficult to see in Traditional or Dark Theme. It would be easier to see and better for accessibility if the scroll bars are darker.
Proposal
Please darken the scrollbar control for better visibility/contrast.
Note: the scrollbars in the Overview are darker than the scrollbars in the Gradebook. During the Trinity project, perhaps consistent scrollbar contrast on the controls would be recommended across all tools.
