"All site files" link's dropdown window in the Resources tool has sizing issues

For the horizontal scroll bar, 23x (and 24x as a consequence) have no persisting issues. 20x persists as described, and 21x now resembles 22x instead of 20x.

22x and 21x now resemble 23x in that the text at the bottom now has a solid background but the background rectangle is slightly beyond the bottom of the scroll bar. 24x is in the same boat, and 20x persists as initially described. Jira Testing section has been updated to reflect this.

The background rectangle of the dropdown window of the “All site files” link on the Site Resources tab of the Resources tool is either slightly too long or slightly too short, depending on the version.
