Now able to click on your and others' user photos to get profile popups in the Commons tool and the Conversations tool.

A pull request has been created, "SAK-47255 Commons: Move to sakai-user-photo and profile popup", you can see it at https://github.com/sakaiproject/sakai/pull/10505
Commons is currently rendering its own version of the profile picture, and is attaching popups in its own js. Since September 2021 we’ve had a component available to do this for us, the sakai-user-photo component. Move to this and strip that boilerplate out of commons.
