External Tools-Admin: Help link displays the About Sakai Help page instead of the basiclti page

Description

Logging in as admin and navigating to Administration Workspace > External Tools, clicking the help button loads the default About Sakai Help page.

The URL behind the help button (which is not correct): https://qa22-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal/help/main?help=sakai.basiclti.admin

When grabbing the URL under Administrator Guide, it is https://qa22-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal/help/TOCDisplay/main?help=sakai.basiclti#External Tools

As an instructor, when adding an External Tool and clicking the help button, it takes the user to the User Guide: https://qa22-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal/help/main?help=sakai.basiclti

I see this export on https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-48900 on July 14th.

However I didn’t see anything in this export still for sakai.basiclti.admin.

Maybe this hasn’t been updated yet?

I’ve updated the article tags for the first item in the External Tools chapter in Screensteps, and the latest content updates were recently exported and merged for the 22.3 release. Hopefully the tag update will fix the linking issue once it is merged. (Sakai 23 help content is still pending export. We need a few more content updates to be completed before exporting.)

I don’t remember how to fix this. Is this something does in the help conversion?

It looks like there's already help for this in the admin guide that’s separate from the one in the user guide.

In a regular site it works, it links to

https://trunk-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal/help/main?help=sakai.basiclti

As admin it has a different id of sakai.basiclti.admin

https://trunk-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal/help/main?help=sakai.basiclti.admin

I don’t see a page for that one in the help.
