When the instructor selects Grading & Feedback for a quiz, and then selects Yes, show feedback on submission, the Display questions and additional feedback (options expand when selected) option is automatically selected and all the options display.

If the instructor attaches a file in About this Assessment and then clicks Grading and Feedback > Yes, show feedback on submission, by default the Only display the student's total score (questions not shown) is selected.

I think when adding a file to the quiz description, the feedback options should work just as they do when there is no file added.
