Assignments: console error when creating new assignment - Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'checked')

Description

I’m not seeing this on 22x. After creating a new site, I clicked on Assignments > Add and saw the following console error:

I’m not seeing this error today on 23x: https://trunk-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/, build: 1fd13839, but it is still on 22.
