Email Templates: When Saving a New Template, a Status 404 Not Found Error Is Returned, But Template Saves Anyway

Description
After completing the "New Template" form, a 404 Not Found error is returned, indicating that "The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists." However, upon returning to the tool, the template has been added to the list of templates.
I've attached a screenshot of the Cataline logs.
Maybe it is a problem with the Key, as I entered two key values in order to come up with a Key/Locale combination that was unique to other saved templates.

Hi, Shawn,
I was working with this again, and there are not many keys listed in the help files that I can use for a key when creating a New Email Template, and all of those seem to have been used already, so I can't create a new one ... I've tried a couple of different Locale codes, but that hasn't helped. Is there a way to delete some of the templates at least in the site I created so I wouldn't mess up anyone else's work?
Thanks for your help,
Steve

This is a new area for me; I had trouble finding a key that was not the key somewhere else in the list of templates. Did it work for you?
