User membership allows search when entering a space, which seems to bring back all records

Description

I was testing and while the search button is disabled until something is entered into the search field, it becomes enabled even if only a space is entered and seems to pull all records. This defeats the fix in SAK-45634.

Just a space no longer enables the search button. Also tested adding a space before and after the username and it is trimmed and a search can be performed
