Job Scheduler: Show all crept back in the drop-down

Description

In it was decided to remove the Show All option in the Job Scheduler Event Log. 21x is fine.

23x and 22x display nothing if Show All is selected, so exactly the same problem as in SAK-45132.

Looks like it might be responsible but it’s a different issue and it also looks like there’s a PR on that one already.
