After creating an assessment, I went to the Assessment List in the Assessments tab; when I selected Publish from the Actions drop-down box, I am taken to a second display of the Assessment List. When I choose Publish from the Actions drop-down list, I am taken to an Unexpected Error Has Occurred page (see attachment).

There are several errors happening in T&Q tonight that I assume are related.
