Samigo > Question Pools > Moving pools can result in sharing issues

In 19.x, 20.x, 21.x, 22.x, and Trunk (23.x), there appears to be issues relating to the sharing of pools when pools are moved into parent pools as sub-pools.

There are two different test plans that attest to the fact that moved pools appear to be the culprit.
