Calendar: Import Events: Microsoft Outlook Comma-separated File Does Not Import Titles

Description

When importing a Microsoft Outlook file (comma-separated file format) into the Calendar, all of the events are listed, but no titles are included – titles are in the file. The new events I add display with the titles. (See the attachment–the event named "Bobo" on the 18th is a new event I added–the rest were imported.)

Reverted from 21.x per Jesus’s comment

You are right ! This PR was developed for 23 and 22.

Maybe another Jira only for 21 should be created… Thanks!

Didn’t get titles on 21x, though. The titles don’t show up in the Import Events confirmation page, either.
