Didn’t get titles on 21x, though. The titles don’t show up in the Import Events confirmation page, either.

When importing a Microsoft Outlook file (comma-separated file format) into the Calendar, all of the events are listed, but no titles are included – titles are in the file. The new events I add display with the titles. (See the attachment–the event named "Bobo" on the 18th is a new event I added–the rest were imported.)
