Roster > Print > Print-out shows "Publish Now" button for unpublished site

This is a minor issue, but wanted to bring it up nonetheless!

If a course site is unpublished, an instructor who attempts to print off the roster will observe the "Publish Now" button on the print-out. (See print-preview screenshot).

This should not appear on the print-out. An instructor may very well wish to print out the roster before publishing the site, and a "Publish Now" button appearing on the print-out does not accomplish anything.

Worse, if actually printed out, the "Unpublished Site/Publish Now" button will take up the entire first page of the print-out, and force the roster images to start on the second page.(See attached PDF). 

I was able to reproduce this in both Chrome and Firefox on 20 Nightly (and on 19.2).
