RATIONALE in this table is length 4000, likely limited for Oracle.
A few other columns were increased to 60000 like description and text in Sakai 12 but not this column. Either this column will need to be increased or a character limit displayed and enforced.
When the student's rationale for a multiple choice or true/false question exceeds 4000 characters, the text is completely lost even though the answer to the question is saved.
