Upgrading Mathjax to v.2.7.9

Description

We have 2.7.5 on nightly. IMO on 22.x we should update mathjax to lastest version stable v2 is (actually 2.7.9)

Unless this actually solves some user issue we don't bump versions in maintenance releases.
Removing the Please Merge flags.

I was taking a look several months ago to this, FYI retrocompatibility is not assured in Mathjax v3 for v2 equations.

I'm not opposing to the change in nightlies, I'm just pointing that it could be risky for production environments without a good testing of the already existing equations.
