Columns are sortable by clicking on the headings

@Molly Kelsey, all of the columns on this page (except for Term) are sortable by clicking on the column heading's link.

Users are not able to sort their list of sites by all column headers. The only one currently functioning is sort by Worksite Title. Users should be able to sort with all column headers
