Please don't change the Fix Version for previous versions as those are set by the branch manager when the fix is merged back and indicates which previous versions the fix has been merged into.

If it works for 19.x then the future 19 releases will have this problem solved. Released versions are static, so they don't get fixes, only the SNAPSHOTS do (like 19.x).

19.4 is not listed under Fix version, so I think this should be set to tested/verified.

When there are multiple chat messages in the Chat Room tool of a course site, some chat messages will be displayed in the "Recent Chat Messages" part on the "Overview" page. If the user click "option" under the "Recent Chat Messages," the user should be able to change the number of chat messages displayed on the page. However, regardless of the number of chat messages the user update, "Recent Chat Messages" will still display all messages in the chat room.
