Unable to attach files to MOTD

Description

Attempting to attach a file to a MOTD announcement fails. When you click on the Upload Files link, it resets back to the announcement compose screen. If you go back to Add Attachment - Upload Files again for that same announcement it gives the bug report screen.

This does NOT occur on Trunk/21 - I was able to attach a file there as expected. It appears to just be on 20.

, looks like this was merged into Sakai 20 around the same time that you were testing. Please test again tomorrow when it should be up on the nightlies.

This doesn't affect 21.x because was addressed in SAK-43446.

Verify after the 20.x merge of SAK-43446.
