This Jira introduced at least two big new bugs: a) can no longer course grade override when using Percentage Grading and b) points in Course Grade Override panel is incorrect when using Points Grading
@Victor Gomollon Martos do you have time to look at either of these bugs?

With the fix in SAK-45531, this is no longer working as stated when using percentage to override the grade.

Verified on 21x: https://qa21-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/, build: 43ce5853
20x: https://qa20-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/, build: c38b957f
that overriding the percent is working as expected. https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-45531#icft=SAK-45531 needs to be merged for 21x and 20x, once it's fixed for the letter override.

See video.
When Grade Override with a number, gradebook should show correct Grade Type and the number with the %
Example: Enter a 9.6. When you grade override with 32, gradebook should appear SUS(32%) and not SUS(96%)
