Quizzes: Firefox - blue lines extend to edge of browser for quiz due notification pop-up

Description

When the student enters a quiz, the pop-up displaying until what time the student has until to submit the quiz has a blue outline in Firefox which extends all the way to the edge of the browser.

Since this only affects 12 and is marked as minor I'm going to change this one to "Won't Fix"

It looks like this popup was removed in SAK-40489. I'm not seeing it in 19 nor am I seeing the full implementation of it in the code. Though there is some code that wasn't completely cleaned up that's still in there for this message.
