Samigo - access key [C] jumps down the page, invisible

Description

In tests and quizzes, uses control + option + C jumps down the page, and requires several clicks of Tab for the user to see where they are

Mac Chrome / Trunk

Test Plan

  1. Create a course with Tests & Quizzes

  2. Click on the tests and quizzes tab

  3. Use access key C (control option C on mac) to jump to content

  4. Press tab until you can see where you are
