Invalid Permission Error

Description

Step 1- Create a Test & Quiz through Lessons (Instructor Role).

Step 2 - Try to access it through the Lessons page (Instructor Role)

User should be able to access the Test & Quiz, but the user (Instructor) gets an error saying - You do not have permission to access, contact the Instructor

This issue has been reported and fixed in for Sakai 20+ and is pending being merged back into Sakai 19.
