Requiring both Name & ID for Gradebook Import does not support 3rd party imports, whose exports include one or the other, but not both, sometimes the email address is used instead in those systems, but for now I think our Gradebook import support for 3rd party gradebook items would be sufficient if we just use the StudentID column.

Request: Remove the necessity that Gradebook Imports contain both Name & ID columns. Imports should only require the ID column.
