When an instructor creates an Assessment Type and includes content in the Description/Intro field of the Assessment Type Information, this content is NOT entered in the Description/Intro field of any assessments created using that Assessment Type. Instead, it appears in the quiz Settings where I would expect to find the title of the Assessment Type.
Consequently, an instructor expecting to present this information to his students has not been doing so. According to the user expectation based on the presentation of the box on the Assessment Type Information screen, this appears to be a silent failure.
Here are screen shots of the text field and resulting location of its content in a new quiz:

If instead, this text field is meant to be for instructor use only (to identify the type once used to create a quiz), the following fixes need to be applied to make it usable and accessible:
Remove the CKEditor option and make it just a text box.
Change the label on the text box to be meaningful, e.g. Assessment Type Description (Instructor use only).
