MathJax "learn more" link needs to be updated

Description

Currently, the "learn more" link in the enable MathJax setting is pointing to the Screensteps article for Sakai 11. Since there was a change in how this setting works in Sakai 12 (individual tools no longer need to be selected) the article steps are incorrect for 12 and future versions.

The "learn more" link should either point to the help article for that particular version in Screensteps, or it should point to the internal Sakai help tool (as a relative link) where the content will be updated for each version as part of the release.

Don't know... you don't need to define a property to make it work, the property allows to override the defaults but no new property is required.

I think this needs the "Property addition/change required" flag needs to be enabled on this issue. Right, ?

Changing the link is a bit messy because the implementation looks terrible, the URL is hardcoded inside the translation properties.

I'll refactor this piece to make it depending on a "property".
