Stats on Gradebook Settings page are displaying old data when students have course grade overrides

Description

The stats displayed underneath the graph on the Gradebook Settings page (Grading Schema panel) are not updated when students have course grade overrides (see attached screenshots).

Steps to reproduce

Given you have a number of students with a graded assignment, set course grade overrides on one or more students.

Expected result

The stats underneath the graph are updated using the new grades.

Actual result

The stats are still calculated using the old values.

Hi Amie.

I believe this is working as designed. Only the GB items themselves should be used to calculate the course grade, and display on the bar chart, and be used for the average, mean ...etc at the bottom of the chart.

The course grade column entries displayed on the grade sheet view, and the course grade distribution shown on the chart page, with the stats at the bottom, are both views of what actually happened. The analysis (average, mean, etc) is based on what actually happened.

The course grades themselves aren't a part of the analysis; they're the output, as are the stats.

The over ride of a course grade won't be part of the analysis either.

Does that make sense? Not sure if I explained it well.
