Error in logs that calendarcounter has null value

Description

Seen in logs - not sure what causes this. This vm file is

content/content-tool/tool/src/webapp/vm/resources/sakai_properties_scripts.vm

This also happens on 12.x, master (19.x)
To reproduce:

  1. Open Resources Tool

  2. Click Actions -> Upload Files

catalina.out will show the error
