Resources does not recognize RTSP-protocol

Description

This fix converts rtsp-links to realtime audio playlists to make them recognized on the client side.

Jan,

I just want to check what is happening here. It seems you have a URL with a rst:// protocal right? If so what is the purpose of writing the body (that will be 0 bytes)?
