Duplicate radio buttonsof 'Create using assessment builder' and 'create using markup text' while adding quiz in Lesson Builder

Select Add Content>Add Quiz->Create new quiz using test and quizzes
-Give an assessment title and select Create using assessment builder and click create.
-Add a question of any type and click save. Click on 'Continue with add quiz ,after you have created the new one'
-Click on 'Create new quiz using test & quizzes'. Now in the Working copies tab,select your quiz and in the actions drop-down select Publish and click on Publish in the new page.

Now 2 radio-buttons for Create using Assessment Builder and 2 radio-buttons for Create using markup text can be seen.
