lessonbuilder 1.4 tags are poorly named

It only needs to be the top level one for the tag to be named correctly. The reset can be called whatever you want.

I'm changing just the top level artifact for 2.9. For 2.10 I'm changing them all. Because the tool artifact name determines internal URLs there are lots of changes involved. Thus I'm not doing this in 2.9.

It's pulled from the top level pom. So just call the base pom artifact 'lessonbuilder' instead of 'sakai-lessonbuildertool-tool-base'
Then adjust each module's parent block to use that.
Don't adjust tags, but fix in trunk and merge so the next tags are correct.

I'd be happy to fix this, but I didn't pick the names. Whoever did the releases did. What naming scheme would you like? Can I just rename the tags, or is some configuration change in the pom file needed?
The 1.4 tags for lesson builder are poorly named:

The base pom needs to be brought into line with other projects so that it gets fixed for new tags.
