Arrows in collapsible menu merge with the text in Optional Settings while creating a check list

Description

1. Log in as an instructor and click on the Lessons page
2. Create a checklist using AddContent---> Add Checklist
3. Go to Optional Settings Section and click on Appearance
4. We can observe that the arrows in the collapsible menu merge with the text.
