Tested and works fine.

As the issue describes that the student should not be able to access the content following the prerequisites untill all the above prerequisites are completed, I was not able to access the content following prerequisites from students account (Account used : marist_st1 ,marist_st2 . and site used :  p_marist)

Browser used : Microsoft Edge , Firefox , Chrome (windows 10)

Server Used : https://qa2-us.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal

I have added the test plan followed while testing this issue and attached the snip EdgeTest ( for Microsoft Edge ) and Jiratesting (for Firefox ). 

Test Plan :

1. Login as an instructor (marist_ins1 ,used)

2. Create a lesson page and fill the Title and description .

3. Click on the Add content and click on Add subpage.

4. Add content ( like some tutorial videos , test and quizzes , or upload some file)

5. Edit the content and check the box: 

                   Don't Release until all prerequisite are completed

                   Require this item 

      ( Use this setting to make few content as Prerequisites so that student is not able to access the content following this prerequisites until this completed)

Expected result : When logged in from student account student should not be able to open or access the content following the prerequisites untill the prerequisites are completed( will be gray with an asterisk  as in the Snip Jira Testing).

Please update the description or test plan with the full details. I don't see any steps for adding pre-requisite items or required items.

It would be useful to include a screenshot of it working as expected in other browsers.

We're not clear on how to test this... shouldn't there be a prerequisite identified somewhere? Please help us understand how to replicate this issue. Thank you!
