couldn't load CC from Norton

Description

There were two issues:

  • an internal variable was not properly set p

  • the cartridge had a bad ID reference, and code didn't protect against it

the file now loads properly in our production. I'm not sure I can legitimately attach the file for people to use in testing, since it's licensed by Norton.
