Cannot create subpage under student pages.

Description

When trying to add subpage for a student page , template not found error is thrown.

This problem is present in 11.0. The patch should go cleanly into 11.0. Because it's a change in a javascript file, it can be done without rebuilding sakai. I could reasonably be done without even restarting the system, though it wouldn't show up for users immediately because of browser caching.
