Checking the link button to lessons page

Description

On the top right corner of the lessons page, there is a button that provides a direct link to the lessons page. When that button is clicked, the "Add content", "more tools", "reorder", and "tips" buttons overlap on top of the link. The link is able to be copy pasted, however there is an overlap.

Lessons has special z-index declarations for these because some video tools have their own z-index. To guarantee that the Lessons markup always goes on top of the content, we use larger than normal z-index values. That requires us to adjust some of the Morpheus values to go on top of the unusually large Lessons values.

Testing should check the "sites" button, the menu popping up from the user icon in the upper right, chat, and the direct URL link. These should also stack in reasonable ways.

The check must be done with both side and narrow screen.
