Add page title to lessonbuilder.read event references

Description

Add page title to lessonbuilder.read event references. This will specifically support the work in Site Stats as it will remove the need to call back into the LessonBuilder api to get the page title.

I'm doing this by calling the LB api just in time to display the title. That way the title's won't go stale.
