Grading an assessment. Question screen needs some formatting

Description

1. Enter as instructor
2. Go to Test&Quizzes
3. Create an assessment
4. Create a couple of questions
5. Publish
6. Enter as student
7. Take the assessment and submit it
8. Enter as instructor
9. Go to published assessments
10. Click on "Scores" (see photos below)
11. Click "Questions" tab
