Questions Page: question text is grey in trunk, expect black

Description

Question text is grey in trunk on any browser, used to be black. Still black in Marist.. This does not depend on question type

To Reproduce:

  1. Create an assessment

  2. Add a question, any type

  3. Click Save

  4. Note question text color

I also successfully tested this issue, on the Oracle master nightly server
Sakai - TRUNK - Sakai b786c6f9256aca33651d5d27d95ece6e884bdbb3) - Server ip-172-31-6-159

Had to clear browser cache first.

I tested this in the mysql trunk server and the text was black. (Mac 10.10.5, Chrome)

Also, at least for multiple choice, as you scroll over the text options, you can't read the text. That seems bad.

It's grey on the Marist server too.

I added the Accessibility component in case there are any accessibility issues with contrast. Seems likely.
