Wrong format when printing an assessment in HTML

Description

The HTML print is showing the top and left menu when it should only show the assessment.

Environment

None

Test Plan

1. Enter as instructor.
2. Create an assesment.
3. Create a couple of questions .
4. Click on "Print"
5. Click on "Print HTML"

I was able to fix it in Chrome and Explorer. Still not working in Firefox (it prints only the first two pages).
