When you create a bulleted (unordered) list in question text (or in answer text), the bullets do not display after the question is saved. Students also do not see the bullets when taking the assessment.
Note: Numbered (ordered) lists do display properly in assessment questions and answers.
Steps to replicate:
As an instructor, create a new assessment using assessment builder.
Insert a new question of any type, such as true/false, multiple choice, or short answer/essay.
Near the "question text" area, click the link to show rich-text editor.
Use ckeditor to create some question text containing a bulleted list. The bullets display fine here in ckeditor.
Complete any required fields (such as marking correct answer) and save the question. This returns you to the screen that lists all questions on the test. Notice that no bullets are displayed for the question you just created. If you publish the test and take it as a student, you'll see that the bullets do not display to the student either.
Environment
Tested on qa11-oracle.nightly.sakaiproject.org
Using Firefox 46 and Chrome 50 on Windows 7
We probably could use testing on other question types. I think multiple choice and the use of bullets is most common , so I'm glad we have this covered. But if we want to fix comprehensively we will need more QA and more Jiras opened. Cheers.

Thanks for opening SAM- 2911
I have tested SAM 2883 as well. Looks good to me in trunk. Bullets are getting displayed in question and answer text.

Hi , I had verified this one before you assigned it to yourself (I presume to do QA).

Okay, I've verified this issue and opened for the Multiple choice question text. Wonder if we should make a parent Jira as it appears there are multiple places this problem exists? Thanks!

I think we should open a new JIRA and verify this one, thanks for testing!!
