Survey Matrix Question Type Column Headers - No Space Formatting

Description

The column headers in the Survey - Matrix type questions are formatted without spaces. This could become problematic with increased selections.

Environment

Test Plan

1 - Create Test
2 - Create New Question : Type Survey Matrix of Choices
3 - Enter in Headers for rows and columns as instructed (hitting "return" after each)
4 - Save
— see that there are/are not spaces between column headers —

Verified the issue in Sakai - TRUNK - Sakai c0f10baad4ebf16e8ac5d69d019543ffdf5066b6) - Server ip-172-31-6-159 (https://trunk-oracle.nightly.sakaiproject.org/). Chrome Versión 51.0.2704.103 m - Windows 7.
