NPE in org.sakaiproject.tool.assessment.services.assessment.AssessmentService.isExportable

Yeah, it wouldn't make sense that section would be null to me and it was added not as a fix but in as a feature. So just checking that probably is unnecessary on the other places, but can't really hurt. Really hate nulls!

Other code in Samigo protects section too

The cast could pass the NPE fine. I don't know 100% if nulls could get into the section array to being with or not? Probably not but don't see the code that generates this.
