Tested in trunk. Confirmed. The Answer/Response text appears when looking at the results (Scores > Questions).

1. Enter as instructor
2. Create an assessment with a multiple choice question and publish it.
3. Enter as student and take the assessment.
4. Enter as instructor, go to "Scores" and then "Questions"
5. Below the question text should appear the answers (see photos)
