Stuff I have tried so far:
1) Updated the /samigo-services/src/java/org/sakaiproject/tool/assessment/qti/constants/AuthoringConstantStrings.java so that CALCQ is in slot 15 instead of 14.

Scenario:
1. Log into http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/portal/ as douginstructor/password.
2. Click on the Discussion 1 SMPL101 worksite.
3. Click on the 'Tests & Quizzes' tool.
4. Populate the 'Assessment Title' field and click on the Create button.
5. Add a 'Calculated Question' to the assessment.
6. Add a 'Fill in the Blank' question to the assessment.
7. Click on the Assessments button.
8. Click on the Action drop-down menu for the assessment and select Export.
9. Click on the Export button. An 'Export Assessment' browser is opened.
10. Click on the Download button.
11. Click on the Cancel button to close the 'Export Assessment' browser.
12. Click on the Cancel button to return to the Assessment home page.
13. Click on the Import button.
14. Click on the 'Choose File' button.
15. Select the exported-assessment.xml file.
16. Click on the Import button. The newly imported file has been added.
17. Click on the Action drop-down menu for the imported assessment and select Edit.
Issue: The FIB question is displayed but the Calculated Question is not.
