Separate Line Answers causing misaligned text issues

In certain circumstances some of the possible answers require that they be on separate lines. However when this is setup using the FCK editor and previewed (using multiple choice as an example) it comes up misaligned with the answer choice.

Replication:
1. Create a multiple choice question in Tests & Surveys
2. Turn on the rich-text editor for the answers A and C and type at least two lines of text with line breaks between them
3. Turn on the rich-text editor for the answers B and D and type only one line of text
4. Save the question and you'll see that the Questions screen pushes both the answer's letter and the text below the radio button
5. Click the Preview link to preview the assessment and you'll see that the answer letter and answer text is misaligned with the radio button
