Database exceptions thrown when Editing a part

Description

Please review before b3

After clicking edit on a part (see screen grab a.png)
And then pressing save (see b.png)

No warnings are shown to users and saving appears to have worked.

the following DB errors are in the log file

2010-02-11 11:23:02,330 WARN TP-Processor7 org.sakaiproject.tool.assessment.services.PersistenceService - Error saving to db...retry again....
2010-02-11 11:23:02,330 WARN TP-Processor7 org.sakaiproject.tool.assessment.services.PersistenceService - Unknown entity: org.sakaiproject.tool.assessment.facade.AssessmentFacade; nested exception is org.hibernate.MappingException: Unknown entity: org.sakaiproject.tool.assessment.facade.AssessmentFacade

Please review code in particular that the DB resources are released properly.

Tested in http://qa3-us.sakaiproject.org:8086/portal - changed saved to db as expected, according to front end - I don't have access to the logs.

I can't seem to reproduce this. Do you have any more stack trace? Can you export the assessment and send me the XML?
