Instructor's Preview does not keep 'Mark for Review' or selected answers

Instructor previews assessment, answers a question and marks for review. Clicking Table of Contents does not show any questions answered or any questions marked for review. This is a minor thing, but doesn't give the instructor a true picture of what the student sees.

To reproduce:
Create an assessment
Click Settings -> Mark for Review
Check the checkbox to Add Mark for Review feature
Click Save Settings
Click Preview
Answer one or two questions and mark one for review
Click Table of Contents and expand Part1
All questions show as unanswered and none are marked for review
