Questions tab: display error at the right side zones from the hot spot questions

Description

1. Create a hot spot question with a big image (attached image). Scroll bar appears at the bottom of the image. Add an answer area at the right side.

2. Publish an assessment with that question.

3. A student submits the assessment.

4. The Instructor goes to the "question tab" at the total scores page. The right areas are not displayed as you can see in this image. It should be displayed as this image.

While testing and SAM-3155, I also checked for this problem. I'm not seeing it on 12

The site has 2 quizzes:

1) "Test New Features" - q3 has scrollbars along side and bottom, but no problem with hot spots
2) "Hot Spot" - 1 image, 3456x2304, no side scrollbar, hot spots defined and displaying

Tested in Sakai 13 (Oracle instance). This is no longer a problem. Regards,
